Achieve More Together

Mid Life Thriving

Optimal Health and Mental Fitness Group Programme

A healthy lifestyle, such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep, can go a long way in reducing stress and promoting our well-being. But what does that look like? Does it really help? And how can it be practical and enjoyable without changing our lifestyle totally?

Healthy relationships with family, friends, colleagues, strangers and caring health professionals has the power to elevate our wellbeing exponentially. But how do we achieve that when many people  are under stress, not at their best and simply surviving themselves?

Managing your thoughts is a fundamental step to managing your life, health and happiness. People who proactively do this, have fewer health problems, more energy, typically more time and ability to focus on things that are important to them and they find greater peace and fulfilment in their lives. But how do you quieten your internal mental chatter, unwind when life is stressful or coax yourself to be positive when you are feeling anything but?

These are all the things we address in Mid Life Thriving and we guide you to positive change, using two scientifically proven systems (Positive Intelligence and Functional Medicine) that are beautifully simple and adaptable to your unique needs. Its joyful!

And importantly, we connect you with other people who are navigating similar challenges – a key element that generates inspiration, insight, an exchange of ideas, intensive support and a totally non-judgemental community which participants regularly tell us is a remarkable experience, boosting their confidence and outcomes well beyond their expectations.

Join me, my colleague Sophie Carvin, and the Midlife Thriving Team, for a FREE 90 minute Insight Session to understand how you can navigate this period in your life with more energy, wisdom and self-compassion, whilst managing everyday responsibilities with ease and flow and keeping your own hopes and dreams alive.

Your Brain is resilient and can thrive at any age when given the right conditions. This is a group Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme to optimise your cognition, memory and mood by addressing the following.

  • Nutrition for Brain Health
  • Optimising Gut Health
  • Stress Reduction
  • Getting a good night’s sleep
  • Exercise
  • Brain Training for cognition

You do not need any prior knowledge although TLC for your Mind (see above) can be a very useful foundation.
